Fill up the GLC Registration Form

To apply for studying abroad at GLC, kindly complete the required information on the "Study Abroad Application Form" and submit it. The application process is designed to be efficiently processed within 2 business days, excluding Sundays and holidays of the Japan office. Following your submission, the designated personnel will promptly notify you via email regarding your admission status and provide details on the payment procedure. Please note that in cases where all rooms are booked, your reservation may not be accommodated.

Prepare your flight ticket and overseas travel insurance

If you have already completed the school application, kindly proceed with making arrangements for your air tickets and overseas travel insurance. To secure your flight tickets, please visit the websites of the following airlines.

Additionally, it is imperative to acquire overseas travel insurance. GLC Japan Secretariat (GG Co., Ltd.) serves as an insurance agent offering JI accident and fire insurance coverage.

For your convenience, "J.I. accident and fire insurance" ("t@biho") can be obtained until the day of departure, with payment options available through credit card or convenience store transactions. Please proceed to finalize the insurance process through this link.

Make payment via bank transfer or credit card

Tuition can be paid by bank transfer in Japan or credit cards such as VISA and Master.

No overseas remittance required.

Bank Transfer Method:
‍Please make a bank transfer by the due date to the designated bank account indicated on the INVOICE (bill) sent after application. We accept payment in Japanese Yen only.

Admission Letter and Pick-up Confirmation

Once the program payment has been paid, GLC will issue a letter of acceptance. While not mandatory, it is advisable to carry this admission permit with you in case you are requested to present it upon entering the country.

Additionally, kindly inform us of your flight details once you have completed the necessary procedures for your flight ticket. Upon receiving your flight information, we will promptly arrange and provide you with a confirmation for the airport pick-up service. This ensures a smooth transition upon your arrival.We appreciate your cooperation and look forward to assisting you further in your preparations for a successful and enjoyable stay.

Get your luggage ready

It was finally time to await departure. As this moment approached, the essential task of packing for the journey became apparent. To ensure a smooth travel experience, it is crucial to organize your belongings systematically. To avoid any last-minute rush, make a thorough list of items to pack at least one month before your departure date.

Take a moment to check the weight limit for checked baggage associated with your ticket. Keep in mind that exceeding this limit will result in a substantial excess baggage fee. Moreover, should there be any updates regarding flight delays or cancellations, kindly inform us through the emergency contact number provided at the time of your departure. This will enable us to adjust the pick-up schedule accordingly, ensuring a seamless arrival experience for you.
